Meet the Team

Andre Fox

CEO

Andre heads up the Madumbi team. His passion and enthusiasm for Sustainable Agriculture is unparalleled and drives the team and company to new heights. As well as his duties as CEO, Andre also heads up the sales team and spends part of his time as a Key Accounts Manager for the Eastern and Central regions.

Michelle Lesur

Financial Manager

Michelle heads up office administration and finance. Michelle is well connected to the Agricultural industry in KZN and specialises in accounting for agricultural operations. This experience and understanding of the industry makes her an ideal financial manager for Madumbi, her vibrancy and enthusiasm makes her a rare find and a real asset to the team.

Megan Tarr

Product Development Manager

Megan has been with the team since 2007, starting out in an administration and customer service role. This experience, as well as that gained from a BSc in Biological Sciences has resulted in her running the technical department at Madumbi.

Sias Leipoldt

Sustainable Biocontrol Manager

Sias has vast experience in the area of Biocontrol with a M.Sc in Entomology and having spent a number of years as a technical manager at Biological Control Products, and previous to that BASF; he is the ideal person selected to manage our Biocontrol category. Sias is also a valuable member of the sales team working in the Central region.

Dr. Brendon Neumann

Key Accounts Manager - South

Brendon is based in the Southern Territory as a Key Accounts Manager and is responsible for growing business in this region. Brendon comes with a wealth of experience and has a doctorate in Plant Pathology making him a valuable addition to the team. He has a special interest in Microbial and Nutritional products for pest and disease control..

Wilma Mac Pherson

Key Accounts Manager - North

Wilma is supporting the Northern regions of South Africa as Key Account Manager. Wilma completed her MSc(Agric) in Microbiology at the University of Pretoria and has been registered as a Professional Natural Scientist since 2012. With her passion for biological products for Agriculture and vast experiences in manufacturing, formulating and using biological products in the field, she is a valuable asset in the Madumbi team.

Mark Hutton

Key Accounts Manager - Rest of Africa

Mark is the Key Accounts Manager for Africa and is responsible for the development of new distribution networks and markets in Africa. He has more than 20 years’ experience in agriculture where he managed, produced and marketed all farm products directly to the retail sector.


Robyn Rowe

PA to CEO, Retail and Marketing

Robyn's 15 years experience in the agricultural sector prior to joining Madumbi means that she has gained considerable experience in project management, front-line sales, exports, procurement and personal assistance to the CEO. She is currently responsible for growing the Retail division of Madumbi.

Karen Moig

Customer Liaison Manager

Karen joined the Madumbi team in April 2012 and is the primary point of contact for customers on all order and account queries. Her 'can do' attitude makes her an asset, not only to our team, but also to our customers.

Sheila Fyfe

Creditors Clerk

Sheila's vast knowledge and experience in all sides of administration, as well as her thorough approach to any project handed her way makes her a valuable member of the Madumbi team. 

Livia Young

Warehouse Administrator

Livia runs the Madumbi warehouse in Durban. Her organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that product reaches it's destination timeously and in good order. She plays a vital role in our hatch, match and dispatch department. 

Zama Nxele

Office Administrator

Zama joins our team starting out in an administrative role, assisting the admin department in various duties.

With a BA degree in Politics, Philosophy and Law and a Social Science Honours degree in International Relations, Zama is sure to add value to Madumbi.
